Digital Products

Digital products (including digital magazines, downloads, and resources) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access details will be provided after purchase or via your subscription account where applicable.

Print-on-Demand Physical Products

Physical books and other printed items are produced using print-on-demand services. This means items are printed specifically for each order and shipped directly to the customer.

Processing Time

Print-on-demand orders typically require additional processing time before dispatch. Production times may vary depending on the product and location.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Local postal services

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Diadem Publishers is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Order Issues

If your physical order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting details (such as photographs). We will work with our print-on-demand provider to resolve the issue.
